If you send images to Don’t Take Pictures, you are granting us a limited license to use each image for the purpose that it was sent, the promotion of that event or project, the promotion of you as a creative person, and/or the promotion of Don’t Take Pictures generally. In connection with such use(s), we may resize, crop, or otherwise modify your image, including by placing text over it. We strive to attribute your name to your image in every instance in which we use it, but there may be instances where we do not provide an image credit. You may revoke our right to use of your images on our website at any time.

All payments to Don’t Take Pictures are taken through PayPal. As such, we have no access to your credit card number or other sensitive payment information. We plan to keep it that way.

The magazine and website of Don’t Take Pictures is not is intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifying information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it.
